Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to set up your appointment and if needed, an in person consultation.

*A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment at the time of booking. (If tattoo is quoted under $100 a $50 non-refundable deposit must be rendered at the time of booking)*

This form is for tattoo inquiries only. If your tattoo has already been priced, or you have any additional questions. You may email us directly, call the shop, or stop by the shop. This is not a form for piercings.

If you are a minor, please refer to the faq page for what all you will need to have with the day of your appointment.

Once we have all the information we need to price your tattoo, we will give you instructions on how to schedule an appointment. 

All our artists are booking for different time frames, and/or have priority lists if their books are closed. 

we can not schedule any appointments over email or guarantee any available booking. this must be done in person or on the phone, and the only way to secure a time slot is with a deposit. 

This is an online consultation form, if you would prefer an in person consultation please do not fill this form out and just swing directly by the shop.

We are a small business that receives a very high volume of inquiries, please be patient with us as we respond at our earliest convenience which will be during/directly around our business hours. (we do not respond as often during our time off.)
