This form is for serious tattoo inquiries only.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to set up your appointment and if needed, an in person consultation.

If your tattoo has already been priced, or you have any additional questions. You may email us directly, call the shop, or stop by the shop.
This is not a form for piercings.
This is an online consultation form, if you would prefer an in person consultation please don't worry about filling this form out and just swing directly by the shop anytime convenient for you.

Once we have all the information we need to price your tattoo, we will give you instructions on how to schedule an appointment.

We can not schedule any appointments over email or guarantee any available booking. This must be done in person or on the phone, and the only way to secure a time slot is with a deposit.
*A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment at the time of booking. Please have payment ready when scheduling. (If tattoo is quoted under $100 a $50 non-refundable deposit must be rendered at the time of booking)*
​We are a small business that receives a very high volume of inquiries, please be patient with us as we respond at our earliest convenience which will be around our business hours.
Make sure to check your junk/spam folder- sometimes our responses will end up there.
