Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I go about scheduling?

A: If you would like to schedule, please fill out the contact form on the website, email us, or stop by the shop. After that, we can get you scheduled for a free consultation at the shop. This lasts about 15 minutes and is one-on-one with your artist, allowing us to brainstorm some ideas and picture references, do a tracing (if needed) and give you a quote. If you are from out of town, and cannot easily make it in for a consultation, we will work with you via email. Once you have been quoted, and the artist has all the required information they need to get your piece ready; we can schedule your appointment via phone or in person. At the time of scheduling a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit goes towards the price of your tattoo.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we do require a 48 hour notice. If you do not give us a 48 hour notice or no call no show, the deposit is forfeited- no exceptions. If you reschedule more than once, you will lose your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
