House Rules/ FAQ

Q: How do I go about scheduling?

A: If you would like to schedule, please fill out the contact form on the website, email us, or stop by the shop. After that, we can get you scheduled for a free consultation at the shop, this last about 15 minutes and is a one-on-one with your artist, allowing us to brainstorm some ideas and picture references, do a tracing (if needed) and give you a quote. If you are from out of town, and cannot easily make it in for a consultation, we will work with you via email. Once you have been quoted, and the artist has all the required information they need to get your piece ready; we can schedule your appointment via phone or in person. At the time of scheduling a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit goes towards the price of your tattoo.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we do require a 48 hour notice. If you do not give us a 48 hour notice or no call no show, the deposit is forfeited- no exceptions. If you reschedule more than one time, you will lose your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. A: In the state of Virginia, we legally can tattoo minors. We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 16. Parent must be present the entire session. We do require that both parent and minor have a government/state issued photo ID with the last name or address matching. There are limited locations we will tattoo on you. This can be discussed in further detail with your artist.

Q: What is the wait time?

A: Please be advised all well done tattoos take time, having an artist that is booked out, is a good sign. We do not rush permanent. Having a tattoo placed on you forever, is something that you will look at daily and want to be proud of, thus it should be worth the wait time. We has established ourselves within the region, so our schedule does stay very busy, but we does promise to make every tattoo worth the wait. But please be patient and remember that people have waited to get a tattoo that our skillset has made worth waiting for, and tattoos are permanent!

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Yes! We do, we usually always have walk in time available, unless our artists are completely booked. We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to insure a guaranteed spot. But you are more than welcome to stop in, and if we have open time, we will definitely get you in!

If you have any additional questions, you are more than welcome to contact us!
